In order to be entitled to receive 20% commission discount (welcome bonus) for a month YOU NEED TO:
1. Register using the “Open LIVE ACCOUNT HERE” link. When asked to name an “Account Manager”, specify “Jacques Sale” or leave the field blank. When asked where you “Know us from” select “Introducing Agent” and specify “510”
Attention: If you forgot to specify the IA ID “510”, the 20% welcome bonus will not be applied.
Note: If you don’t specify any Account Manager, Dukascopy will assign to you an internal Account Manager speaking the language of your preference (English, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, Japanese, Arabic)
2. After you have completed the online form, Dukascopy will send you an e-mail with instructions for the paper document part of the registration process. Read the instruction very carefully.
Please note that the account opening process at Dukascopy is different than at most other brokers. You must have in mind that you will need to have a copy of your passport or ID Card certified by a Public Notary (or local equivalent). Further, you will need to send the certified copy of your identification document along with the original account opening documents by postal mail or courier to Switzerland.
Double check if you have prepared all the required documents and that the information stated in the documents is correct. Otherwise, you will need to send the documents again.
Note that for your fund security, Dukascopy only allow withdrawals to be sent to a bank account registered under your name, so be aware that you will need to send them your bank account information.
3 After the documents are received by Dukascopy and duly processed and approved, your account manager will than immediately send you an account approval notification including the money transfer instructions.
Attention: Before funding the account, confirm by e-mail with your assigned Account Manager at Dukascopy that You are using Introducing Agent 510 (Mr. Aldo Lenzo) and ask for a confirmation before sending the money.
4. After the account is funded, Dukascpopy will send you an e-mail with your Client ID number (5 digits). When you have received this number, please notify us by e-mail (IA 510) so that we may verify if you are listed in our Introducing Agent Rebate Report. In the same e-mail from Dukascopy, you will also receive your username and password along with other instructions.
5 For your protection, live accounts also incorporate an added security layer, a “secure code”. You need to activate your personal “secure code” by calling Dukascopy. This is also mentioned in the last email received from Dukascopy. After the security layer is activated, your account will be ready for live trading.
Changes in the retrocession policy of Dukascopy

Please, be informed that Dukascopy Bank has
changed the retrocession policy applicable to clients referred by Business
Introducers. According the new policy, from now on, retrocession will amount to a standard 20% and shall be paid for a maximum duration of one month, counting the date of the first client trade.
